Cancellation Policy

Effective date: November 11, 2025

This Cancellation Policy describes how service orders and ongoing engagements with CBL Marketing Network may be canceled.

Scope

This policy applies to website package orders, retainers, and project-based services unless a signed client agreement states different cancellation terms.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

You may request cancellation before project kickoff or work allocation. If approved, billing will be adjusted according to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation After Work Starts

If cancellation is requested after work has started, charges apply for completed deliverables, hours used, and any committed third-party costs.

Retainer Services

Monthly retainers require written cancellation notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle unless otherwise defined in your service agreement.

Project Pauses and Abandonment

If required client feedback, approvals, or assets are delayed for an extended period, we may pause or close the project. Re-activation may require revised timelines, scope, or pricing.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Send your cancellation notice to info@cblmarketingnetwork.com with your company name, invoice/order reference, and requested cancellation date.

Effective Date of Cancellation

A cancellation is effective only after written confirmation from our team. Verbal requests are not considered final.

Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updates become effective when published on this page with a revised effective date.
